10/05/09	MAP Math Professional Develoment Series - Meeting 1 of 4 - This program is designed to provide in-depth training for schools located in the Southwest RPDC Region. The goals include the successful use of research-based instructional strategies, the development of performance-based assessments, and teaching the content, process, and connections of the Mathematics Grade-Level Expectations (GLEs) and Course-Level Expectations (CLEs). The training is a one year commitment that consists of four regional training sessions. The training materials are designed for Mathematics teachers in grades 5-8.
