Hammons House is home to 580 students. Residents live in two- and four-person suites that include kitchenettes and bathrooms. Hammons House is also home to Boomer’s Convenience Store.

Hammons House opened in 1986 and is named in honor of developer and philanthropist John Q. Hammons.
