Strong Hall is the home of the College of Humanities and Public Affairs and programs such as history, economics, criminology, sociology, philosophy, political science and more. Strong Hall is also home to KSMU Radio and Ozarks Public Television. This attractive building, which looks back across Hammons Fountain toward Carrington Hall, features a modern glass curtain wall, open atrium lobby, classrooms, seminar rooms, technology labs and offices.
Strong Hall opened in 1998 and was named in honor of the Strong Family: Tom and Wilma Strong and their children, Stephanie Strong Mitchell, John T. Strong and David K. Strong.
